Job summary

Border Foods LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and reinforce our CORE values: Accountability, Integrity, Family, Excellence, Teamwork, and Empowerment.

You will be responsible for the entire restaurant operations and building a strong team that delivers great food with a friendly guest experience, while supporting career growth and a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Must be able to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends and some holidays.
• Non-exempt management position requires a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certification is preferred or required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations to ensure great food and customer experience.
• Lead and develop a strong restaurant team.
• Manage scheduling and labor to meet targets and maintain service levels.
• Uphold Border Foods core values in daily operations.
