Job summary

Regal is seeking team members to support Box Office, Concession, or Usher roles in a New York theatre. Responsibilities include operating the POS system, handling cash and cards, and ensuring guests receive excellent service. Upsell Premium Viewing experiences and promote the Crown Club.

Roles vary between part-time and full-time hourly positions. Staff must comply with dress code and safety standards while maintaining cleanliness and order in all areas.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• If the theatre sells alcohol, complete Regal Responsible Beverage Server training.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to upsell Premium Viewing Experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system at Box Office with cash drawer, credit cards and tickets.
• Upsell Premium Viewing Experience (3D, 4DX, RPX, IMAX) and promote Regal Crown Club.
• Promote and enforce MPAA ratings and company policies.
• Respond to guest questions with consistent guest service.
• Perform concession duties including stock, cash handling and cleaning.
