Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program or progress towards completion is required.
• Alcohol training certification may be required where applicable.
• Good public speaking, listening, and clear communication are expected.
• Ability to perform basic math and calculations with speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Attend consistently and perform duties as assigned in Box Office, Concession, or Usher roles.
• Handle emergency situations and maintain safety.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with dress code.
• Operate POS systems accurately and manage cash, cards, and vouchers.
