Job summary

Regal in New York is seeking Floor Staff to support Box Office, Concession, or Usher roles. You will be scheduled as variable hour, part-time fixed, part-time regular or full-time hourly based on theatre needs and availability.

You will deliver exceptional guest service, operate POS systems, promote Regal Crown Club, and ensure compliance with MPAA ratings and safety policies. Training includes cast certification and Regal beverage server certification where required.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progression towards completion.
• If the theatre sells alcohol and duties include serving it, complete legally required state/local training and obtain certificate.
• Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University.

Responsibilities

• Operate Box Office POS system with accurate cash handling.
• Upsell Premium Viewing Experience and promote Regal Crown Club.
• Promote ticket sales in line with MPAA ratings and policies.
• Respond to guest questions courteously and accurately.
• Operate concession POS, manage stock and promotional items.
• Follow local food safety laws and age restrictions for alcohol, if applicable.
• Tear and scan tickets, direct guests to auditoriums, and monitor theatre safety.
