Job summary

• Engage with every Customer and deliver world class service in the Front-End areas.
• Greet Customers and assist at Cashier Area and Club Desk.
• Process returns, exchanges, gift cards, promotions, and payments accurately.
• Maintain Front-End merchandise presence and cleanliness to drive sales.
• Ensure front-end equipment and supplies are operational and secure transactions per SOP.
• Provide product information and direct customers to store areas or staff as needed.
• Stay updated on promotions and support marketing events.
