Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a Customer Service Associate to engage Customers at the Front-End, including the Cashier Area and Club Desk. You will process returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions while ensuring a clean, organized checkout area and secure payments.

Responsibilities include greeting Customers, answering product questions, and staying updated on promotions to drive sales. A high school diploma and retail or customer service experience are preferred, with a flexible schedule

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills with clear verbal and written communication.
• Basic computer skills with familiarity in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines and objectives.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Must stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, lift 30 lb.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong business acumen and proactive drive for results.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every Customer and deliver world-class service at Front-End areas (Cashier, Club Desk).
• Process returns, exchanges, gift cards, lesson redemptions, and promotions.
• Assist in maintaining a premiere stock and visual level to drive sales and experience.
• Handle payments securely and according to SOP.
• Answer product questions and direct Customers to store areas or team members.
• Promote promotions and educate Customers on offerings.
• Provide feedback to the Sales and Service Manager to improve Customer experience.
