Responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing a high-volume phone system, coordinating meetings, and assisting with travel planning and events. Prior experience in customer service and MS Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume, multi-line switchboard directing calls and gathering information.
• Greet visitors and provide assistance on arrival.
• Monitor and respond to email inquiries and maintain office equipment.
• Manage conference room schedules and preparation.
• Receive mail, sort, distribute, and handle shipping documentation.
• Provide second-tier support for corporate events and travel arrangements.
