Job summary

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) at OneWell Health Care provides hands-on, person-centered support to individuals with IDD in home and community settings. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• English proficiency (spoken and written) is required; bilingual skills are a plus.
• A valid driver's license may be required and reliable transportation is important.
• Travel to individual homes and community locations is part of the role, with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, person-centered support in home and community settings per ISP/IPP.
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities; support meal prep, mobility, and medication assistance as authorized.
• Implement behavior support strategies and monitor health, safety and emotional well-being.
• Maintain structured routines, support transportation to appointments, and document activities accurately.
