Job summary

The role requires 1–4 years of cash handling and customer service, with flexibility to travel between branches.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of customer service and cash handling experience.
• Detail oriented with strong communication and time management.
• PC, Windows, and internet proficiency.
• Flexible to travel and work in other branches as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately (deposits, withdrawals, payments, checks, money orders, gift cards).
• Build member relationships and identify product needs for referrals to FourLeaf products and partners.
• Maintain lobby presence and manage teller line to minimize wait times.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements; identify and report risks.
