The role requires Monday through Saturday availability, strong cash handling skills, and a focus on service quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-4 years of customer service and cash handling experience.
• PC, Windows, and internet proficiency.
• Detail oriented, strong organizational skills, superior member service, excellent communication, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Build member relationships and identify member needs to offer products and services.
• Refer members to platforms or partners for additional solutions.
• Greet members and assist with lobby management and queueing.
• Assist with teller-line processes, including card printing, fraud claims, and disputes.
