Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-4 years of customer service and cash handling experience.
• PC, Windows, and internet proficiency.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.

Responsabilités

• Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Build member relationships by identifying needs and recommending products and services.
• Refer members to platforms or partners for additional solutions.
• Assist with lobby management and welcome members entering the branch.
• Support opening/closing procedures, daily reports, and compliance tasks.
