Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–4 years of customer service and cash handling experience.
• Basic PC, Windows and internet proficiency.
• Detail oriented with strong communication and time management.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Build member relationships and identify needs for products/services.
• Refer members to platforms or partners for additional support.
• Assist with lobby management and drive‑up traffic.
• Maintain compliance and support daily branch controls.
