Job summary

FourLeaf Federal Credit Union in Bethpage, NY is seeking a Floating Teller to support multiple branches by delivering exceptional member experiences and processing a wide range of financial transactions with accuracy.

You will build trusted member relationships, identify needs, refer products, and collaborate with teams while handling deposits, withdrawals, checks, money orders, fraud claims, and lobby management. Travel up to 90% across branches is expected.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of customer service and cash handling experience.
• PC, Windows, and internet proficiency.
• Detail oriented, strong organizational skills, superior member service, excellent communication, and time management.
• Flexible to travel and work in other branches based on business need.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately (deposits, withdrawals, payments, checks, money orders, gift cards).
• Identify member needs and refer products or services to meet those needs.
• Provide exceptional member experiences by welcoming members and assisting with lobby services.
• Support compliance tasks, reporting, and daily reconciliations, adhering to policies and regulations.
