Job summary

FourLeaf Federal Credit Union is seeking a Teller to deliver exceptional member experiences by processing transactions and building lasting relationships at the branch. The role requires accurate transaction processing, a focus on service quality, and the ability to reference products and services to meet member needs.

Candidates should have 1–4 years in customer service with cash handling, strong communication, and PC Windows proficiency. Monday to Saturday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–4 years in customer service and cash handling.
• PC, Windows and internet proficiency expected.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Build member relationships and identify needs for product solutions.
• Refer members to platforms or partners for additional assistance.
• Greet members, manage lobby flow, and assist with teller requests.
• Support opening/closing procedures, daily reports, audits and regulatory compliance.
