Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking a BCBA in Massachusetts to lead behavioral assessments, design treatment plans, and train families while supervising staff. The role emphasizes skill acquisition and reducing challenging behaviors, with weekly documentation and analysis of progress.

Hybrid in-person and telehealth options are available. A Master's or PhD with BACB coursework and current BCBA certification are required, plus two years of related clinical experience and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD with BACB-approved coursework.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing; LABA preferred.
• Minimum two years of related clinical experience with autism and developmental challenges.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle access.
• Flexible morning/afternoon/evening hours; some weekends may be required.
• Strong written and verbal communication; compassionate care.
• Experience with functional assessments and behavioral skills assessments.

Responsibilities

• Complete behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide family consultations and trainings; supervise behavior technicians.
• Direct treatment with a focus on skill acquisition and reducing maladaptive behavior.
• Document all treatment activities; data collection, graphing, and progress reports.
• Develop instructional programs and behavior support plans as needed.
