Opensity Solutions in Irvine, CA is seeking a FAST- Service Specialist to deliver administrative support across mail, copy, reception, hospitality and facilities for multiple client accounts in the LA market. The role offers a pay range of $21–$23 per hour, a Monday–Friday schedule with flexible options, and benefits coverage.

You will collaborate with teams to ensure smooth operations, professional guest experience, and accurate processing of tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1+ year in a customer services role.
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
• Ability to lift or move 40 lbs or greater; carry 75 lbs on a wheeled cart.

Responsibilities

• Enter, sort, and distribute mail and packages per schedule.
• Produce copy, print, and scan projects as instructed.
• Answer calls and route to appropriate person; greet visitors.
• Coordinate client conference rooms, common areas, and kitchens.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies; assist with floor coordination.
• Support facilities-related tasks as needed.
