Opensity Solutions is seeking a FAST-Service Specialist in San Diego to provide mail, copy, and reception support across client accounts. You will greet visitors, route calls, and help with hospitality and facilities tasks.

This role offers a flexible weekly schedule and on-site work in San Diego, with a pay rate of $21–$23 per hour. The position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and delivering high-quality administrative service to multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Mail Services: enter, sort, and distribute mail and packages per schedule
• Copy Services: produce copy, print, and scan projects per written instructions
• Reception: answer incoming telephone calls and route to the appropriate person, greet visitors professionally
• Hospitality Services: coordinate and upkeep client conference rooms, common areas and kitchens; stock supplies and maintain inventory
• Floor Coordination: upkeep of copy rooms and stocking general supplies, delivery of paper, basic daily maintenance
• Facilities Services: may include hanging pictures, small office moves, cleaning and communication with client contacts about building/equipment concerns
• Flexibility of a weekly work schedule to cover for absences and vacations; may include schedule changes and work locations 7am - 7pm

FAST- (Flexible Account Support Team) Service Specialist provides various administrative support services that may include; mail, copy, print, reception, hospitality, and facilities services. This unique and client facing position allows the employee to support multiple accounts in the local market.

Pay:

21-23hr

Schedule:

Monday-Friday (flexibility needed. Hours change depending on client you support) 7-4pm, 8-5pm, 9-6pm, 10-7pm

• Mail Services include entering, sorting, and distributing mail and accountable packages per schedule
• Copy Services includes accurately producing copy, print, and scan projects per written instructions
• Reception includes answering incoming telephone calls and routing to the appropriate person, will greet and announce visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Hospitality Services includes coordination and upkeep of client conference rooms, common areas and kitchens. Inspects and ensures that all rooms are clean, stocked with supplies and ready for continual use. Organizes and distributes client kitchen supplies. Maintains inventory control and order supplies as needed
• Floor Coordination includes the upkeep of copy rooms and stocking of general supplies, delivery of paper, and basic daily maintenance
• Facilities Services may include hanging pictures, small office moves, cleaning services and communication with key client contacts regarding building/equipment concerns
• Flexibility of a weekly work schedule to cover for absences and vacations. Will include potential schedule changes and work locations 7am - 7pm
