This independent contractor role pays $20 USD per class, with additional incentives. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, 3 years of K‑12 teaching experience, and reliable internet access. Remote work with a quiet space is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3 years of experience teaching grades K-12 ELA or math.
• Experience with K-12 ELA or math standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1 on 1 instruction for your students
• Update your availability in the Cosmo App in a timely manner
• Prepare appropriate lesson materials for the student's age and ability
• Submit Class Feedback after each lesson
• Communicate with parents and students in a professional manner
• Attend all classes on time and in a professional setting
