Job summary

AXL Global Consulting seeks a Dayforce Workforce Management (WFM) Consultant to lead implementation and configuration of Dayforce HCM for clients, focusing on the WFM module. You will analyze requirements, configure solutions, and guide clients through the implementation process in a fully remote role across USA/Canada.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of Dayforce HCM experience with WFM specialization, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of Dayforce HCM implementation experience with Workforce Management specialization.
• Strong understanding of workforce planning, scheduling, time tracking, and labor compliance regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certification in Dayforce HCM or related HR/WFM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to analyze their workforce management requirements, operational workflows, and regulatory compliance needs.
• Conduct workshops and meetings to gather detailed functional and technical requirements for configuring Dayforce Workforce Management.
• Configure the Dayforce Workforce Management module to align with client-specific requirements and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Dayforce Workforce Management with other modules within the HCM system.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality and accuracy of configured workforce management processes.
• Conduct system integration testing to ensure seamless operation with other Dayforce modules and third-party systems if applicable.
• Provide comprehensive training sessions to client stakeholders on using Dayforce Workforce Management functionalities effectively.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) to address client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support during and after implementation.
• Create and maintain project plans outlining tasks, milestones, and timelines for implementation activities.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
• Document configuration decisions, processes, and customizations made during the implementation phase.
• Prepare regular status reports and updates for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay updated with Dayforce Workforce Management updates, new features, and industry trends.
• Recommend system enhancements or additional modules that could optimize client workforce management processes.
