Job summary

Belk is hiring for a Support Flex Associate in Harrisonburg, VA. This hourly role focuses on processing inbound truck deliveries, preparing new merchandise for the sales floor, and supporting outbound activities with the merchandising team.

You will help with facilities upkeep and back-of-house organization while delivering excellent customer experiences. Responsibilities include unloading deliveries, tagging and transferring products, supporting store sets, and maintaining clean, organized

Qualifications

• Dedication to customer service and a drive to achieve store objectives.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs and move around store areas.

Responsibilities

• Unload cartons from truck deliveries, separate by department and prepare product for sales floor.
• Complete sensor tag application, product transfers, damage processing, and RFID tasks for inventory accuracy.
• Assist with facilities processes including lighting, maintenance, and housekeeping.
• Support merchandising and store fulfillment with floor sets, pricing, and customer orders.
