Job summary

Belk in Florence, AL is hiring a Support Flex Associate to drive sales and deliver a positive customer experience. You will process inbound truck deliveries, prepare new merchandise for the floor, and support back-of-house operations while collaborating with merchandising to place products.

This hourly role requires teamwork, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You will assist with floor sets, price changes, and packing orders, while staying informed about promotions

Qualifications

• Customer service-focused role in retail.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including nights/weekends/holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and complete physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership in achieving goals and store objectives.
• Unload cartons from truck deliveries and prepare merchandise for the floor.
• Process sensor tag applications, product transfers, and RFID tasks for inventory accuracy.
• Support facilities processes including lighting, store maintenance, and housekeeping.
• Assist with floor sets, promos, pricing changes, and packing customer orders.
• Replenish supplies, support store recovery, and maintain cleanliness.
