Job summary

One Medical in White Plains seeks a Flex Lab Services Specialist/Member Support Specialist to deliver venipuncture and clinical support, while ensuring a welcoming, on-brand lobby experience. You’ll be first contact for patients across our market and collaborate with the practice coordinator and providers to remove barriers to care.

You’ll perform front desk duties, handle patient messages, assist with clerical tasks, and maintain devices and inventory.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomist with at least 6 months of hands-on phlebotomy in a clinical setting.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build rapport.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with multiple software systems and online tools.
• Experience collaborating with diverse teams and remote members.
• Ability to stay composed and adapt in a busy clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide venipuncture and basic clinical support in office/lab.
• Assist front desk tasks and manage patient communications.
• Maintain proper labeling, handling, and inventory of supplies.
• Support providers and virtual medical team with clerical duties.
• Operate technology tools including EMR, Slack, G-Suite, Zoom.
