Job summary

One Medical is seeking a Float Phlebotomist/Administrative Assistant to provide venipuncture and clinical support across multiple offices in the Denver-Aurora area. You’ll manage front-desk tasks, patient scheduling, and patient communications to ensure a seamless in-office experience.

You’ll work with a team delivering patient‑centered care, employing strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving to remove barriers to care for seniors (65+).

Qualifications

• Must hold one or more of the following credentials or experience: Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy certification.
• Experience in a clinical and front-desk setting with patient focus.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and basic clinical support for a senior population.
• Handle front-desk tasks including check-in/out and insurance verification.
• Answer patient messages and assist providers with clerical duties.
