One Medical is recruiting a Flex Lab Services Specialist/Member Support Specialist to provide venipuncture and clinical support at our New Albany, OH location. You will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming, on-brand office experience and assisting with administrative tasks as requested by the team.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of relevant experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist outside of training/externship.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working on collaborative, diverse, multi-disciplinary teams; remote teams a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide venipuncture and clinical support services.
• Serve as front-line ambassador for patients and maintain a positive in-office experience.
• Handle front desk duties and assist with scheduling, billing, and patient communication.
• Master our technology suite (Slack, G-suite, Zoom, EMR) to complete daily tasks.
• Support multiple One Medical offices within a market as needed.
