One Medical is seeking a Float Phlebotomist/Administrative Assistant to provide venipuncture and clinical support across multiple offices in New York. You will create an exceptional patient experience by combining precise specimen collection with friendly, patient-centered service.

In this full-time flex role, you will handle front desk duties, scheduling, and basic lab tasks while mastering our tech suite (Slack, G Suite, Zoom) and EMR.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of relevant medical assisting/phlebotomy experience.
• Strong customer service with effective communication.
• Proficient with basic computer systems and multiple software platforms.
• Experience working in collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and clinical support across multiple offices.
• Manage front-desk tasks: check-in, scheduling, and insurance verification.
• Communicate clearly with patients and providers; respond to inquiries.
• Support lab and clerical duties and ensure accurate records.
