Job summary

Watson Civil Construction, Inc. is seeking a Fleet Management Coordinator to support day-to-day fleet operations, track vehicles and equipment, and coordinate telematics installations and maintenance.

You will work closely with drivers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accurate data and reliable fleet performance. The role involves coordinating asset records, upfitting coordination, and troubleshooting telematics devices while maintaining strong attention to detail in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience with fleet operations, telematics, or related support roles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day fleet operations support and serve as a point of contact for fleet-related questions.
• Maintain accurate vehicle and equipment inventory, including asset details, drivers, locations, and status.
• Update fleet and telematics systems when assignments change; coordinate vehicle ordering, delivery, and disposal.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs for vehicles; assist with upfitting and equipment coordination.
• Serve as an internal resource for telematics installation and connected technology, including configuration and system administration.
• Monitor GPS/telematics devices, gateways, dash cameras, and related hardware for accurate reporting.
