Sixt-US in Boston Logan International Airport is seeking a Fleet Support Administrator to ensure smooth fleet operations. You will manage repairs, oversee work orders, and coordinate day-to-day fleet activities to keep vehicles rental-ready.

The role offers flexible hours, growth opportunities, and a starting hourly rate of $25.75, with collaboration with dealerships, body shops, and drivers. The position is full-time in the Branches & Operations department, with a focus on keeping the fleet

Qualifications

• Analytical abilities and data-driven insights for fleet ops.
• Strong organization for fleet inventory, repairs, and documentation.
• Team player thriving in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders to deliver results.
• Willing to work 40 hours/week including day/evening shifts; travel up to 10%.
• Uniform wearing and multi-language ability a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless fleet operations with daily inventory checks and vehicle availability.
• Coordinate repairs with dealerships and body shops; manage estimates and purchase orders.
• Prepare new vehicles for rental with documentation, decals and inventory entry.
• Oversee vehicle disposal prep with condition reports and repairs coordination.
• Monitor shift activities, vehicle movements, cleaning schedules and future fleet demand.
