SIXT is seeking a Fleet Support Administrator at Boston Logan International Airport. This full-time role in Branches & Operations emphasizes fleet management, repairs, and daily coordination to keep vehicles ready for rental.

You will interact with dealerships and body shops, schedule maintenance, and prepare vehicles for inventory and disposal, supporting smooth operations. The position offers flexible hours, growth opportunities, and a starting rate of $25.75 per hour, with travel up to 5-10%

Qualifications

• Analytical skills to deliver data-driven insights and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills to manage fleet inventory, repairs, and documentation.

• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders across departments.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, day/evening shifts, and travel (5-10%).
• Willing to wear a company uniform; language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inventory checks; manage vehicle availability; coordinate with dealerships and body shops for repairs.
• Assist Fleet Manager with scheduling maintenance, obtaining estimates, and generating purchase orders; organize drivers for smooth operations.
• Prepare new vehicles for rental: add documentation, decals, tags; ensure entry into inventory system.
• Oversee vehicle preparation for disposal: complete condition reports, verify equipment, coordinate repairs.
• Monitor shift activities: track vehicle movements, cleaning schedules, and plan for future fleet demand.
