Job summary

Qualifications

• Analytical thinking to deliver data-driven fleet insights (reports, analytics).
• Highly organized with fleet inventory, repair schedules and documentation.
• Team player thriving in a fast-paced environment with multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders to ensure fleet operations clarity.
• Willing to work 40 hours/week and travel 5–10% (air travel possible).
• Willing to wear company uniform; multilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inventory checks and manage vehicle availability.
• Coordinate with dealerships and body shops for timely repairs.
• Assist Fleet Manager with maintenance scheduling, estimates, and purchase orders.
• Prepare new vehicles for rental with documentation, decals, and inventory updates.
• Oversee vehicle preparation for disposal, including condition reports and repairs.
• Monitor shift activities and plan for future fleet demand.
