Job summary

SIXT is seeking a Fleet Support Administrator at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. You will ensure seamless fleet operations, perform daily inventory checks, coordinate with dealers and body shops for timely repairs, and assist in scheduling maintenance and preparing vehicles for rental.

The role requires strong analytical and organizational skills, teamwork, and excellent communication to support fleet readiness.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical abilities with data-driven insights to improve fleet operations.
• Highly organized and able to manage fleet inventory, repair schedules, work orders, and documentation.
• Team player thriving in a fast-paced environment with multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders to deliver results.
• Willing to work 40 hours per week, including day/evening shifts, and travel 5–10%.
• Willing to wear a company uniform; speaking additional languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inventory checks to ensure vehicle availability and coordinate with dealerships/body shops for repairs.
• Assist Fleet Manager in scheduling maintenance, obtaining estimates, generating purchase orders, and coordinating drivers.
• Prepare new vehicles for rental with documentation, decals, and tags; ensure inventory system updates.
• Oversee preparation of vehicles for disposal, complete condition reports and coordinate repairs.
• Monitor shift activities, vehicle movements, cleaning schedules, and future fleet demand planning.
