Job summary

Sixt Rent a Car, LLC. at the Minneapolis Airport is seeking a Fleet Support Administrator to ensure smooth fleet operations. You will manage repairs, oversee work orders, and coordinate daily fleet activities to prepare vehicles for rental.

The role requires strong analytical thinking, organization, and communication as you liaise with dealerships, body shops, and drivers. This is a full-time position with a starting rate of $23 per hour.

Qualifications

• Analytical skills and ability to deliver data-driven insights to improve fleet operations.
• Highly organized with ability to manage fleet inventory, repair schedules, work orders, and documentation.
• Team player in a fast-paced environment who can handle multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders to deliver results.
• Able to work 40 hours per week, with day or evening shifts, and travel 5-10%.
• Willing to wear a company uniform; speaking other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inventory checks, manage vehicle availability, and coordinate with dealerships and body shops for timely repairs.
• Assist Fleet Manager in scheduling maintenance, obtaining estimates, generating purchase orders, and organizing drivers.
• Prepare new vehicles for rental, adding documentation, decals, and tags, and integrating into inventory system.
• Oversee preparation of vehicles for disposal, complete condition reports, verify equipment, and coordinate repairs.
• Monitor shift activities, track vehicle movements, cleaning schedules, and plan for future fleet demand.
