Responsibilities

• Perform daily inventory checks and manage vehicle availability.
• Coordinate repairs with dealerships and body shops; obtain estimates and issue purchase orders.
• Prepare new vehicles for rental; ensure inventory system updates and tagging.
• Oversee vehicle disposal preparation; complete condition reports and coordinate repairs.
• Monitor shift activities, track vehicle movements, and plan for future fleet demand.
