Job summary

SIXT is seeking a Fleet Support Administrator at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport to manage fleet operations, repairs, and day-to-day readiness of our vehicles. Qualifications

• Analytical abilities with data-driven insights for fleet operations and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills to manage fleet inventory, repairs, and documentation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional coordination and reporting.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week with travel up to 10%.
• Willingness to wear a company uniform; multilingual ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless fleet operations with daily inventory checks and vehicle availability coordination.
• Assist Fleet Manager with maintenance scheduling, estimates, purchase orders, and driver coordination.
• Prepare new vehicles for rental including documentation, decals, and inventory entry.
• Oversee vehicle disposal preparation, including condition reports and repairs.
• Monitor shift activities, vehicle movements, cleaning schedules, and future fleet planning.
