Job summary

SIXT USA is hiring a Fleet Support Administrator to organize and optimize fleet operations. You will manage repairs, oversee work orders, and coordinate daily fleet readiness for rental vehicles.

The role involves coordinating with dealerships and body shops, assisting the Fleet Manager with maintenance scheduling, and preparing new vehicles for rental. Flexible hours and travel are available; starting pay is $23.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical abilities with data-driven insights to improve fleet operations and reporting.
• Highly organized; manage fleet inventory, repair schedules, work orders, and documentation.
• Team player in a fast-paced environment, able to handle multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders to deliver results.
• Willing to work 40 h/week, day/evening shifts, travel 5–10% (air travel possible).
• Willing to wear uniform; multilingual abilities a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure fleet operations with daily inventory checks, vehicle availability, and dealer/body shop coordination.
• Assist Fleet Manager in scheduling maintenance, obtaining estimates, generating POs, and organizing drivers.
• Prepare new vehicles for rental; add documentation, decals, tags; update inventory.
• Oversee disposal prep: condition reports, verify equipment, coordinate repairs.
• Monitor shifts: vehicle movements, cleaning schedules, plan for future demand.
