Herc Rentals’ Fleet Solutions Manager – Trucks & Trailers is a key role in Bonita Springs, FL. You will manage a defined equipment range, optimize lifecycle costs, and collaborate with senior leaders to shape the product strategy for the Herc fleet.

The role emphasizes supplier relationships, cost reduction, and cross-functional coordination with Operations, IT, Pricing, and Safety to deliver maximum fleet value and availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in fleet management or sourcing with a Fortune 500 or top 50 rental company.
• Experience identifying cost reduction and process improvements within supply chain.
• Experience managing multiple projects with strong communication and time management.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential manufacturers and suppliers for the category and select preferred suppliers.
• Own and manage Preferred Supplier relationships, including terms and agreements.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, IT, Safety and Training to launch and develop product lines.
• Develop life cycle plans, including TCO and disposal strategies, and establish data structures.
