The role partners with senior leaders across field operations, talent acquisition, and HR to ensure scalable programs, measurable outcomes, and AI-enabled capability building that strengthens the leadership bench and drives profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years leading enterprise talent management and/or people & culture strategy for a dispersed, branch/store-based business.

Responsibilities

• Shape the enterprise talent management strategy and governance across the organization.
• Design, launch and oversee leadership development programs from front-line to senior leaders.
• Lead enterprise succession planning for field operations and governance of readiness gaps.
• Leverage talent analytics and AI-enabled insights to inform development and succession actions.
• Guide change leadership during growth, acquisitions, and digital transformation.
