Job summary

Cal Pacific Truck Center is seeking a Sales Representative to drive premium customer experiences by offering full-spectrum, consultative solutions for International truck and IC Bus products and services. You will engage owner-operators, small businesses, and fleets, tailoring proposals to operational and financial needs.

In this role, you will prospect, build a strong pipeline, and close deals by aligning configurations, financing, and lifecycle value with customer applications.

Qualifications

• Required: high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of sales experience, ideally B2B in trucking/auto sectors.
• CRM experience and familiarity with sales management tools recommended.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting & business development to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Demonstrate product knowledge of International trucks and services.
• Develop and nurture long-term customer relationships for repeat business.
• Create tailored proposals and close deals with stakeholders.
• Follow up, report on pipeline, and support growth initiatives.
• Represent the brand with integrity and a professional demeanor.
• Differentiate offers by explaining value and return on investment.
