Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and outreach campaigns to generate new commercial accounts.
• Qualify prospects, uncover needs, and propose solutions aligned with customer requirements.
• Build proposals and quotes, coordinating with sales, parts, and service leaders.
• Maintain CRM records, track opportunities, and monitor activity and metrics.
• Follow up with inbound leads and ensure timely, accurate information and support.
• Collaborate with fleet managers and internal teams to support accounts and renewals.
