Job summary

Calpacifictruck in San Diego seeks a Sales Representative to deliver premium customer experiences through consultative selling of International truck and IC Bus products, new and pre-owned, with tailored services for operators, fleets and businesses.

You'll build a strong sales pipeline, develop product knowledge, create proposals, and manage post-sale relationships while upholding integrity and teamwork in a dynamic dealership environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a B2B environment.
• Experience in the medium/heavy-duty truck or automotive industry is preferred.
• Dealership experience and knowledge of trade-in processes are beneficial.
• Experience using CRM or sales management tools.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting & business development to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Product & solution expertise for International truck products and services.
• Customer development via consultative selling and relationship building.
• Proposal creation and closing with internal/external stakeholders.
• Follow-up, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
