Cox Fleet in Addison, IL is seeking a Fleet Services Coordinator II to support growing operations. This role manages billing, scheduling, and customer communications across markets, coordinating with field operations to assign technicians and ensure timely service.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED with several years in fleet maintenance or transportation; strong Excel, data entry, and cross-functional collaboration skills; and the ability to learn Cox Fleet IT systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3 years related experience or equivalent combo.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally and building relationships.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient Excel and data entry; able to learn Cox Fleet IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with billing in all markets in area.
• Manage the follow up maintenance transactions lifecycle from origination until custody of the repair technician.
• Document customer contacts accurately in Cox Fleet systems.
• Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external calls.
• Coordinate with Field Operations to schedule technicians and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Obtain customer approvals for repairs and services to be performed.
• Proactively schedule preventative maintenance to drive repeat business.
• Develop and improve Dispatching and Service Scheduling processes.
