Job summary

RealTruck, Inc. seeks a Fleet Sales Coordinator to support fleet and public safety teams in creating quotes, attend customer meetings, and respond to customer inquiries about RealTruck products and quoting.

You will help develop sales opportunities and serve as the front-line hub for fleet quoting. Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years in customer service or related roles, a valid driver’s license, and comfort with Microsoft Office and Teams to manage RFQs and pricing updates in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of customer service, hospitality, technical support, or related experience required.
• Driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Process all fleet and public safety quote requests for RealTruck products, ensuring accurate data for quotes.
• Assist the fleet/public safety sales team in developing and responding to RFQs.
• Meet with fleet customers via Teams, conference calls, and in-person visits as needed.
• Update expired quotes and price changes on open quotes.
• Communicate pricing, quoting, and P.O. updates to customers and internal teams.
