The ideal candidate is highly organized, stays calm under pressure, and communicates professionally, capable of handling multiple priorities while preparing quotes and maintaining accurate CRM records.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer relations, operations, logistics, project management, or transportation experience.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience gathering project information and assisting with quotes.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Working knowledge of waste logistics in the Pacific Northwest.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls, emails, and inquiries.
• Assist customers with transportation requests and scheduling.
• Prepare quotes, documentation, and project files for Territory Managers.
• Coordinate communications before, during, and after projects.
• Work with Dispatch to meet customer expectations.
• Maintain CRM records and customer data.
• Assist with onboarding and account setup.
• Track project documentation and follow up on items.
• Coordinate permits, manifests, and paperwork when required.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
