Job summary

Excel in Chester, VA seeks a Full-Time Fleet Services Coordinator to partner with dealership teams and OEMs to support service solutions for fleet customers. You will advocate for customers, coordinate cross-department support, and drive growth through strategic account management.

You will coach teams on digital tools, expand the customer base, and ensure exceptional service experiences across the network.

Responsibilities

• Develop a market sales plan and strategies to achieve company sales goals using dealership strengths.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships; market fleet solutions.
• Educate customers on digital tools and features (Detroit Connect, Service Tracker, Smart Source app, etc.).
• Coordinate service work with the Service Manager and other departments to ensure best customer experience.
• Share customer opportunities across departments and participate in monthly management meetings.
• Act as main customer contact, coordinating with management to resolve issues and communicate progress.
• Adhere to company policies and ethics; perform additional duties as needed.
