Job summary

Excel Truck Group, a growing East Coast heavy truck dealership, seeks a sales professional for Chester, VA/Richmond, VA to drive service solutions for Fleet accounts. You will be the primary contact for customers, coordinating cross-department support and advocating for the customer experience.

Role focuses on developing sales plans, expanding relationships, and marketing solutions across Service, Parts, and Body teams, with a strong emphasis on customer advocacy and market growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial sales, parts sales, equipment sales or service management.
• Strong communication and customer-relations skills.
• Proven ability to develop and execute sales plans.

Responsibilities

• Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market leveraging dealership strengths in Service, Parts, Body, Trailers and Sales.
• Grow and strengthen Fleet customer relationships and market solutions.
• Coach customers on digital tools and dealership services to improve uptime and satisfaction.
