Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, communications or related field preferred.
• 2+ years in customer service, rental, logistics, or sales support.
• DOT physical and valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Possess or can obtain and maintain a valid TWIC card.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn rental systems; RentalMan preferred.
• Willing to work rotating on-call schedule.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate available equipment with operations, service, drivers, and sales.
• Support delivery and pickup scheduling and third-party hauling.
• Monitor open orders and ensure commitments are completed.
• Work with branch personnel to prepare and inspect equipment for deployment.
• Coordinate cross-branch transfers and maximize fleet utilization.
• Maintain accurate records in RentalMan and related documents.
• Assist invoicing and rental closeout activities.
