Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are essential for coordinating with the Fleet Sales Manager and team.
• Detai led, proactive individual capable of balancing accounts and processing financial transactions.
• 1 year of related experience in administrative or accounting support preferred.
• Completion of drug screening and background screening; provide I-9 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Managing the executive's daily calendar
• Prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports
• Provide administrative support to management team
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Review of accounting schedules
• Maintain detailed records of outstanding receivables/payables
• Post business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for AR/AP
• Ensure the accuracy of financial documents for payment and application of funds
• Monitor to ensure payments to vendors and funds received by customers
