Job summary

Mustang Cat seeks a detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to provide administrative and financial support to the sales department, including managing contracts, costing, invoicing, and system registrations. This role oversees loaner equipment processes and supports accounting functions to ensure accurate quoting and reporting across platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong sense of urgency, organization, and attention to detail.
• Professional communication skills with ability to interact across all levels.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
• Knowledge of finance and leasing products, policies, and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems.

Responsibilities

• Process and list all sales contracts in their respective system.
• Perform pre-costing analysis
• Invoicing all CMD sales department sales orders
• Recording/ Scoring all sales with the respective Caterpillar business system
• Registering machines and Worktools sold post sale in internal/external systems
• Review loaner requests and track loaners weekly
• Invoice customers for loaner incidentals/damages
• Submit loaner goodwill claims and ensure payment received
• Audit loaner recovery rate
• Costing on all equipment machines and Worktools
• Coding invoices
• Post sales registrations and audits (SIMSi, BIC, DBS, Foresight, Salesforce, Smarthsheet, VisionLink, Weiler, PSCS)
