Job summary

SunEnergy1 in Bethel, CT seeks a Fleet Compliance Coordinator to identify hazards, defend compliance, and manage DOT Driver Qualification Files and Drug/Alcohol Programs. Qualifications

• Associate degree in facilities management, building, business, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience as a Maintenance and/or Fleet Manager/Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Identify and address hazards and risks through assessments of the SunEnergy1 fleet.
• Administer and manage DOT Driver Qualification Files and DOT Drug/Alcohol Programs.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules, vehicle inspections, and FMCSA Hours of Service compliance.
• Manage Driver-Logs, NCOSHA/FEDOSHA compliance, and related documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
