MasTec Renewables seeks a DOT Compliance & Fleet Safety Specialist to administer FMCSRs and internal policies. You will manage driver qualifications, drug/alcohol testing, and fleet data while supporting the Sr. Manager of DOT Compliance & Fleet.

This role requires coordinating with HR, vendors, and field teams to ensure timely records. The position offers potential remote work with travel to office locations, occasional onsite requirements near Fargo, ND or other offices, and reporting to the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associates degree in related field preferred.
• Three to five years' of relevant experience.
• Previous DOT Compliance experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee DOT Compliance and Fleet Safety processes to adhere to policies and regulations.
• Serve as subject matter resource for DOT compliance inquiries.
• Conduct internal/external DOT audits.
• Prepare compliance reports to track fleet safety performance.
• Manage DOT Driver Qualification files with confidentiality.
• Monitor renewal of DOT documentation including medicals and licenses.
