Select Water Solutions is seeking a Transportation Safety Analyst to oversee risk, DOT compliance, and real-time safety for our mixed fleet. From our headquarters, you will analyze telematics data, audit dashcam footage, and reinforce safety policies to reduce liability and foster a proactive safety culture.

Responsibilities include monitoring dashboards, evaluating events, tracking HOS, and providing corrective feedback to driver managers.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in fleet safety, logistics coordination, or related risk monitoring.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise fleet management and telematics systems.
• Basic understanding of DOT regulations and FMCSA safety standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with driver managers and executives.

Aufgaben

• Monitor live telematics dashboards and dashcam alerts to identify high-risk driving.
• Evaluate events such as harsh braking, speeding, tailgating, and distractions.
• Track HOS data to flag potential violations before issues arise.
• Provide corrective feedback to driver managers when safety violations occur.
• Document and preserve video, telemetry data, and timelines for claims and inquiries.
• Compile weekly and monthly safety scorecards to highlight trends.
• Collaborate with the EHS-DOT Safety team to design driver coaching programs.
